Why do I need to reserve my appointment with a credit card?

This is common practice in my industry. Your appointment is important to me. It's time I reserve just for you with the expectation that if you book an appointment with me, you will honor it. I do everything in my power to ensure you do not miss your appointment or double book yourself by sending three (3) reminders. When you don't show for your appointment, or you cancel at the last minute, I am unable to fill the time I reserved just for you! While I love what I do, this also is how I earn a living. Your last minute cancellation or missed appointment means lost income and is why it's necessary to charge for my time that I reserved especially for you.

What is the difference between a brick and mortar location and your NEW home studio?

Absolutely NOTHING! Except for a MORE peaceful environment. I am a professional with over 20-years experience (a decade of which I spent working for a dermatologist in Southern California). Many small businesses were forced to close in the wake of the pandemic. Fortunately, I have been able to reevaluate my business model and create a tranquil and relaxing home studio. In fact, I’m sure that if you ask any of my long-term Clients they’ll tell you, it’s my most peaceful space yet! Plus, parking is a breeze!
