Yes! I’m a huge animal lover and would never use products that are tested on animals.

Absolutely! Your health is important to me too. All products I use have been specially selected and are free from GMO’s, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and all are packaged in BPA-free containers.

Exfoliation, extractions, and hydration are the three building blocks of facial treatments. You can rest easy knowing that I have been providing skin care services for over 23 years and was trained by a dermatologist in proper Milia removal.

Facials are recommended every 4–6 weeks in order to keep your skin healthy and glowing, ensuring it’s in optimum condition. It also allows us to change up your home care routine with the change of seasons if need be. Acne clients may want to come more frequently.

This is common practice in my industry. Your appointment is important to me. It is time I reserve just for you with the expectation that if you book an appointment with me, you will honor it. I do everything in my power to ensure you do not miss your appointment or double book yourself by sending three reminders (confirmation email + 2 appointment reminders).

When you don’t show for your appointment, or you cancel at the last minute, I am unable to fill the time I reserved just for you. While I love what I do, this also is how I earn a living. Your last minute cancellation or missed appointment means lost income and is why it’s necessary to charge for my time that I reserved especially for you.

Many small businesses were forced to close in the wake of the pandemic. Fortunately, I have been able to reevaluate my business model and create a tranquil and relaxing home studio with private entrance. I’m sure that if you ask any of my long-term clients, they’ll tell you it’s my most peaceful space yet.

No. I am an Esthetician and Estheticians are not permitted to perform these services.

I’m located in Sonoma Ranch approximately 0.2 miles from Morning Star United Methodist Church and 1.5 miles from the Rinconada Walmart Supercenter. Directions are sent in the confirmation email that you receive after you schedule your treatment, so keep an eye out for it and be sure to check Spam/Junk folders.

All facials are customized to your skin’s specific needs. Prior to your treatment, we’ll take time to discuss your skin care concerns. Together, we will determine a treatment that aligns with your skin’s individual needs, ensuring you are well on your way to achieving healthy and vibrant skin.

Absolutely! Professional skin care equals professional results. Facials are a reset button for your skin, however, daily care is critical to continued improvement.

I only carry professional grade product lines specifically selected for our climate.

Of course! Click on my Schedule your Visit button or go to my Contact page. You can also schedule by selecting the facial you would like. You will be asked to reserve your appointment with a credit card. Your card is not charged unless you no show or cancel late.

If you have entered all of your information but the system isn’t allowing you to book, it is likely due to your Vagaro rating. If you have previously seen a provider who uses Vagaro and have no showed or canceled last minute, your score may be negatively affected.

Providers have the ability to mark a reliability score based on your booking history and adhesion to their policies. When ranked low, this can prevent you from scheduling appointments with other providers and is likely why you are not able to schedule online.

If there is a particular day/time you would like to come, I suggest booking in advance as I am usually booked out from 4–6 weeks. I do not have same day appointments available.

I am a solo practitioner. This means that when I’m with a client, that client is getting 100% of my attention, just like you will when you are here.

If you would like to speak with me, you will need to leave a voicemail and I will call you back by 6pm on the same day. You can also text me which allows me to get back to you faster. I return calls when I am able to devote 100% of my attention to you and have time to answer your questions.

No. This is standard industry practice. When you come in, I need to focus 100% on you. This is your time and I don’t want to be distracted from giving you the best treatment for your skin’s needs.

Yes and no. I have an account on both Facebook and Instagram, but have found that my time is better spent elsewhere, so I do not post often.

In order to better serve my existing clientele, I have stopped selling gift certificates.
